About the Event
Behzad Samadi, an electrical engineering graduate from Sharif and Amirkabir University of Technology, earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University. He began his career at the R&D Centre of Irankhodro Industrial Group and later became an Assistant Professor at Amirkabir University.
Samadi then worked at Maplesoft as a Senior Research Engineer, focusing on automotive control systems and collaborating with Toyota. He founded Nubonetics, a cloud robotics company, and later joined Advanced Intelligent Systems Inc. as the Director of Innovation and Engagement, developing prototypes for autonomous robots and vehicles. Currently, he is the VP of Engineering at Soter, where he leads the development of a robotic autonomy platform that enables non-technical operators to manage complex multi-robot missions.
